Pressing juice gives you the best tasting and most nutritious way of getting your juice. The process starts by taking the vegetable and running it through a slow grinder that breaks the vegetable down to pulp form. The pulp is then put in a cloth bag to be pressed. There is very small to no heat or oxidation involved doing this process which results in giving a very high yield of vital nutrients and live enzymes.

And why are we telling you this? BECAUSE WE HAVE A FRESH COLD PRESSED JUICE BAR RIGHT IN OUR YOGA STUDIO!

That’s right, let it sink in. I hope you’re sitting down. You’ll be able to walk out of your hot yoga session, grab an ice cold pressed juice or coconut water, and replenish some of those fluids you worked off!

More details to come!

  1. My dream has come true. I can walk to the beach and Bikram Yoga from my house. When are you opening? Who are you?

Hi Gary! We’re all about making dreams come true (that involve hot yoga near the beach). Do you like cold pressed juices too? We’re your spot for that too, pressed daily. We’re opening for a few classes on May 1st pending a couple last minute construction details. Come by around the 1st and say hello, we can’t wait to meet the neighbors!

      • Love coconut and down with other juices as long as it is low on the sugar. I lost 100 pounds 25 years ago. I have a feelign you are going to do it right. Some studios rock and others are not that hot(no pun intended). By any chance have you been to the Bikram Studios in San Francisco (Funky Door Yoga) They had the vibe down.

I have not been there personally, talk to Art or Challyn when you come in, I’m sure they’d love to hear about it.
Yes, these juices are done right! More details on that very very soon!

First of all thank you for pointing out we forgot to put our address anywhere on our website (you know that feeling when you know for forgot something, like the kitchen stove, or your kids), and secondly, we will get back to you soon once we verify if everything will be ready for classes!
